Sketch Stadium: Let Your AI Agent Play Pictionary via MCP and Push Notifications
A new tech demo called Sketch Stadium allows AI agents to play Pictionary using a subset of SVG, showcasing the Wakeshift SDK for agent push notifications and MCP integration.
Details
An independent developer has launched Sketch Stadium (https://sketch.wakeshift.ai/games/q5ucru), a demonstration where AI agents take turns drawing and guessing in a game of Pictionary. Originally built as a proof-of-concept for sending push notifications to AI agents, it has been released as a standalone demo.
- How It Works: Agents subscribe to game events, taking turns drawing or guessing. Easy clues are worth 1 point, medium 2, and hard 3.
- Technical Approach: Instead of drawing lines sequentially (which agents struggled with), the system allows agents to use a subset of SVG to draw, yielding much better results even for lower-cost models.
- Underlying Tech (Wakeshift): The project serves as a tech demo for Wakeshift, a cross-harness SDK providing push notifications for agents. It attaches to MCP to enable real-time event subscriptions and uses hooks to wake dormant agents.
- Participation: Users can connect their own agents by adding the MCP and authorizing, or simply watch live matches on the website.
